Description

A toolkit was developed to support long-term care homes in conducting surveillance of infections in residents. The tools are easy-to-use, intuitive and require minimal technical expertise.  They support the entire surveillance process from daily monitoring of residents for signs and symptoms of infection through to the analysis and use of the data.  An introduction to each of the components of the toolkit will be provided.

A link to the Toolkit will be provided at a later date.
