Individuals experiencing homelessness often have high rates of morbidity, especially for older people. Both the homeless and healthcare providers experience a lot of barriers during the COVID-19. Therefore, providing palliative care that fits the unique needs and concerns of the homeless is a significant challenge to healthcare providers.

The IFA is honored to invite Dr Naheed Dosani, an experienced palliative care physician with extensive experience in the caring for homeless/vulnerable/marginalized people in community settings to create accessible health care.
