In this webinar, Dr. Carole Estabrooks will join us to talk about the promising practices that may foster personal resilience, team cohesion and organizational learning that will assist LTC managers through the longer term impacts the pandemic may have had on their staff. Dr. Estabrooks will highlight some strategies that homes across Canada have been using during the pandemic to assist their staff and a few research projects which have been found to support the mental health of care aides.
