We are pleased to announce the 2021 BPAO Annual Health Symposium will be on February 27, 2021. In light of the current COVID-19 pandemic and keeping social distancing in mind, our event will held virtually. Links to the event will be provided closer to the date.
We are equally delighted to announce our keynote speaker will be Kwadwo Kyeremanteng, MD, MHA, FRCPC. Kwadwo Kyeremanteng is a critical care and palliative care physician at The Ottawa Hospital. Dr. Kyeremanteng cares for the sickest of the sick patients in the intensive care unit (ICU). As a researcher, he is interested in using ICU resources more efficiently and improving access to palliative care in the ICU. To help do this, he founded the Resource Optimization Network, a multidisciplinary research group working to reduce health spending in this area without compromising care.
Please note that prices will increase as of Feb 1st, 2021.
If you want to sign up for membership or renew it, you will need to do this before registering to the conference. Note that conference registration rates are substantially lower for BPAO members.
