The third-annual Vohra Miller Lectures in Critical Public Health Issues in collaboration with the Institute for Pandemics aims to foster a dialogue on health equity issues, as it relates to the media landscape. This discussion will analyze media reporting on equity related issues during the COVID-19 pandemic.
A keynote address by Dr. Hadiya Roderique will be presented. Featured panelists Tai Huynh and Tayo Bero will also share their perspectives and participate in a panel discussion to address topics raised, in addition to questions posed by host and moderator Professor Arjumand Siddiqi. Following the discussion, guests will have the opportunity to ask the panelists their questions. Join us for a keynote lecture, panel discussion and networking reception. Refreshments and drinks will be served before and after the event.
Tickets: $10. This event will be available via live webcast on DLSPH's YouTube channel for free.
