Join Gillian Parker and Stephanie Garland to discuss the environmental co-benefits of reducing inappropriate prescribing & deprescribing. Dr. Garland will also present the Providence Health Care Anticoagulation Stewardship Program’s pilot project to reduce unnecessary use of heparin.
