Let’s Talk About Safer Care in the Community

How can we broaden our understanding of safety across the continuum of care? In this session, our speakers—from care providers to people with lived experiences—will discuss what safety looks like at home and in the community.

Participants will have an opportunity to learn about harm when providing and receiving health and social care in the home and community environment and promising practices that are improving the quality and safety of care.
